Cherepaha (Tortoiseshell)- "Torie"

Donskoi Cherepaha, bred by Don Foran, is our newest addition
to our family & was born in England on 12-31-07. Cherepaha in Russian means
Tortoiseshell, so Torie was chosen as her call name. I visited our good
friends Lorraine & George Marchant in March & had the opportunity to attend
Crufts. Lorraine was kind enough to take care of Torie for several weeks
before my visit. It was lovely that this puppy knew her name before I
arrived, & the transition to America & our home was delightful. Torie was
shown just a few times in 2008. She was awarded Best of Opposite in
Sweepstakes, her second show weekend at 8 mos of age. This sweepstakes was a
MBC Trophy Supported Entry in conjunction with the Cudahy Kennel Club,
Milwaukee, WI. She has not been shown since that weekend. |
